The debate as to whether UFO´s and aliens exist has been at the back of people´s mind since the Roswell incident in 1947. The most credible UFO´s sightings have came from eye-witness reports of pilots of the various military faculties around the world, but considering they are trained to swallow and repeat parrot-fashion the lies they are told, can we accept their word as bonafide evidence?!

Aero-dynamic technology was first tested by the Nazi´s during World War II, and the same scientists developing the technology were ushered into the United States to continue their work – rather than facing a tribunal for war-crimes. Is it a coincidence then that the first and biggest UFO story should occur just two years after the war!

Despite the thousands of people who have claimed to have been abducted by aliens, or at the very least sight a UFO, there is no significant evidence supporting their claims. Granted, there are a number of seemingly convincing home-made videos showing images of what appears to be alien craft, but many of these are dismissed as bouncing balls of light in the distance. That these objects suddenly disappear could be due to several reasons: The lights on the bouncing ball are simply switched off giving the appearance the object has disappeared; they really are UFO´s; or the US military have the technology to build aero-dynamic flying machines that have the capability to move at rapid speeds. If that´s the case then we can assume that UFO´s do exist, but it doesn´t mean they belong to a species visiting us from another planet.

So what of aliens? We have never seen images depicting aliens despite some dodgy footage supposedly taken at Roswell and other places. I´m not suggesting aliens don´t exist. I think it would be naive of us to think that we are the only living race in this vast universe of ours, but whether they have visited our planet is another matter altogether.

Scholars claim that aliens are mentioned in ancient Sumerian texts and that Vimanas, ancient flying machines described as the Chariots of the Gods, are mentioned in Hindu sanskrits in the form of the epic poem, Mahabhrata. It may be true that they really did exist as, if modern history teachings are to be believed, nobody from that era could be expected to imagine flying objects. Furthermore, there is substantial evidence to suggest flying machines did exist in ancient times - but again do not confirm they are from another planet and are more likely to be man-made.

Despite historians telling us that sophisticated cultures did not exist on our planet until around 5,500BCE, there is significant evidence all around the world to suggest advanced civilizations existed thousands of years ago. The understanding of advanced technology they demonstrate in their structures, like the Great Pyramids on the Giza Plateau and the precision-cut stones found at Puma Punku in Tiwanaku mean it is plausible that our ancestors were more technologically advanced at building than we are today. They would therefore have had aircraft, at least on the form of fighter jets.

That modern man has been building spacecraft to navigate space since the 1960´s, yet can´t move 100 ton stones from a quarry, suggests that our ancestors had a greater source of technical knowledge than we do, therefore it is plausible that by the time they were wiped out by a deluge (see article on previous advanced civilizations), most probably had aero-dynamic technology we are increasingly witnessing in the world today.

It´s a known fact that every conspiracy theory has as much misinformation as there is real information, but the fact of the matter is, it is well known for the potential existence of UFO´s and there is no smoke without fire. Whether we are be visited by extraterrestrials is still open for debate, though I feel if aliens do exist and mean to do us harm, they would have done so already.
