Could the west be moving closer to a repressive Orwellian state depicted in the visions of the author´s futuristic novel, “1984”? If we rebel against the desires of an elitist authority with violence, will we be completely stripped of our civil liberties? If what independent researchers tell us about the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), then the answer to that question is most definitely, yes!

In “The FEMA story Part One,” we established that FEMA deliberately turned aid away when starving people needed it the most and that they have more power than the President of the United States of America and the US congress. Part Two will tell you why that is the case.
FEMA´s deceptive role in the hurricane Katrina disaster was not the first time the agency had been criticized. In 1992 their failure to adequately manage hurricane Andrew in Florida catapulted them into public consciousness (despite being established for over 60 years) and brought about an investigation into their true activities and the misuse of public expenditure.

What resulted was a report documenting that FEMA was spending 12 times more for "black operations" than it was for disaster relief. The report found that FEMA spent $1.3 billion building secret bunkers throughout the United States in anticipation of government disruption. Yet fewer than 20 members of Congress knew what that expenditure actually entailed. The chosen few admitted that FEMA has a "black curtain" around its operations and had been working on National Security programs since 1979. It was also discovered the organization had secretly spent millions of tax payer´s dollars on non-disaster activities.

More recent investigations have uncovered that there are over 600 fully operational prison camps in the United States ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and surrounded by full-time guards, even though they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA should Martial Law be implemented in the United States.

FEMA camps are subject to the Rex 84 Program which was established on the reasoning that if illegal aliens need rounding up and detaining, it allows military bases and other designated FEMA camps to be used as prisons – or even concentration camps like those found in Nazi Germany and the gulags of Communist Russia.

One reporter speaks of an interview he conducted with a marine officer who confirmed the prisoner boxcars were stationed throughout America in preparation for martial law. He confirmed that in the event of civilian resistance martial law would be implemented and a military takeover would be conducted by the US Marine Corp.
"Why do you think that they have the Marines in place in Billings, Montana," said the Marine.

He further admitted that marines had been hardened to kill - and that killing women and children would be a part of their agenda wherever deemed necessary. The reason for this is because, as they have witnessed in Ira and Afghanistan, women and children are often used to convey information to the enemy. Marines have seen members of their platoon killed or seriously injured after children passed information to Al-Qaeda rebels indicating their whereabouts.

During the interview the marine officer explained that people with a black flag or a red flag against their name will be arrested. People who have been black flagged are considered a threat to national security and will die, no questions asked. Those with a red flag have a chance to seek redemption and survive.

He went on to say that "In many cases they won't even waste a bullet on them. Many will never reach the camps alive.” The marines are armed with a 'staple gun' which shoots out a long metal rod that hits another piece of metal. “They just hold that to someone's head like a gun and...."

What this means is there is no scope for reacting to the plans of the elite with violence. Either toe the line or get a stun gun in the head. Peaceful protests are still considered protests. Ask the students who were present in Tiananmen Square in China or outside the radio station in Budapest during the 1956 rebellion in Hungary. Unless you want to live in an Orwellian state controlled by the military like Winston Smith and his lover in the novel, “1984.”
