The Roots of Origin: Part 2

Posted: Nov 10, 2011 by thesecondcoming

In part One of the Roots of Origin, it was explained how one of the most powerful orders in Medieval Europe came to empower Britain in the form of the Royal Windsor family. This article will explain how the knowledge of inner wisdom has been passed down through the centuries via secret societies so that ordinary people never learn the truth and that the power remains in the hands of the ruling families.

Temple Church is like no other historical relic in London. Concealed in the quiet recesses of the prestigious legal quarter it is not easy to find. And its sordid history is hidden even deeper.

Since 1525, Temple Church has belonged to Anglican practitioners. A spokesman for the church said other than the Knights stone effigies, there is nothing to suggest the church was ever associated with the Templar. Obviously he doesn´t know about the statue of two Knights on horseback in the forecourt. The statue is a representation of the Templar seal, designed to portray hardship of poverty they allegedly suffered when they were first established. To give them their full title: The Order of Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and the Temple of Solomon. They claimed to be so poor they could not afford enough livestock so two men had to share one horse and thus reflected in their emblem. Whether they were poor or not, the Templar soon accumulated a mass of wealth it was described as being “equal to the treasures of kings.”

The circular transept of Temple Church in London resembles the Dome of the Rock on the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. The Dome of the Rock is on the ancient site of King Solomon´s Temple where the Knights Order was established on Christmas day, 1119. Today the sacred site is revered by Christians and Muslims as Jesus was buried there and woke from the dead and the Koran states that it was the place Mohammad ascended to the Heavens. But the Holy Sepulchre is much more than that.

King Solomon had a temple built on the site and it is believed he kept the Ark of the Covenant there which held the secrets to inner wisdom. In the bible we are told that when God asked Solomon for one wish, the King asked for all the wisdom in the world so that he could understand his people. According to legend, the Knights Templar excavated the site and found secret documents buried in the crypt. If this is true, could it be possible they found the Ark of the Covenant containing the secret knowledge to the inner truth?

The first Grand Master of the Order of the Knights Templar was Hugh de Payns, a French Knight from the Champagne region – a drink we associate with celebrations. He was also known as Hugh de Pagan and his interest in occultism made the word Pagan synonymous with devil worship. Like the Hospitallers, the Templars lived as monks, wore beards and were forbidden to display anger or harbour sexual feelings. A typical day consisted of praying and taking care of horses, though their principal purpose was to defend Christian pilgrims travelling to the Holy Land. They were also know to be the protectors of the Holy Grail.

Hugh de Payns was the first non-Jew to study the sacred knowledge of the Kabbalah. This most holy of texts is revered so highly by the Jewish that under Jewish law nobody under the age of 40 is permitted to study its wisdom. Translated to Latin these verses were called the Grimoires which today are associated with Occultism. Some scholars say the Grimoires are the Holy Grail - a theory proffered from the legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.

Outside the Houses of parliament a bronze statue of King Richard I waves a sword in the air as he goes into battle. He is the only King to be given Parliamentary recognition amongst the statesman around Parliament Square. During the Third Crusade Richard the Lionheart led the Templar´s into Jerusalem to win back the city of Acre. With its successful capture, Acre was named the capital of the truncated Kingdom of Jerusalem, and both the Knights Templar and the Hospitallers established their headquarters there. Is it a coincidence that the Grand Lodge of the Freemasons looks down Longacre, a road thrust into the very heart of London?

Dominating the corner of Great Queens Street and Wild Street just off Drury Lane, Freemasons Hall cuts a mysterious shape into the skyline. At night the green glow from the bell tower can be seen across the cityscape. Above the doorway, in the sinister glow of blue light you can make out the dates 1717 and 1967; the former date being when the Freemasons Order is said to have been founded. In Europe at least.

In their book ‘The Hiram Key: Pharaohs, Freemasonry, and the Discovery of the Secret Scrolls of Jesus,’ Christopher Knight and Robert Lomas traced the origins of Freemasonry back to ancient Egypt. Freemasons themselves, the authors claim Masonic rituals state Hiram Abiff was one of the first freemasons. Hiram Abiff was the chief architect of Solomon’s Temple and murdered because he wouldn’t part with secret wisdom. Freemasons are also said to have roots with the Knights Templar as the Orders co-founder William St. Clair (or Sinclair) built Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland and is decorated with a multitude of Masonic symbolism. The Grand Master of the Freemasons Lodge in London is the Queen’s cousin, the Duke of Kent, and it is believed HRH is a 33rd degree member herself - the highest honour in the Masonic Lodge. Could it be the ruling elite in London hold the secrets of ancient esoteric wisdom that inspired the Pharaohs of Egypt to build the Great Pyramids? And could that knowledge be what we call the Holy Grail? More importantly, why are they not sharing this wisdom with the rest of us?
