The Mystery of Markahuasi Unveiled

Posted: Feb 10, 2012 by thesecondcoming

When it comes to the question of aliens, I have always kept an open mind. But with the amount of UFO sightings, claims of alien contact and the appointment of an Ambassador for Aliens by the UN, my scepticism grew. That is until I met a psychic high in the mountains of Peru.

I was visiting Markahuasi, a plateau 88km from Lima which has a remarkable number of strangely-shaped rocks, many of which represent animals – typically the archetypes of the Andean culture, though there is also a lion and a camel which is most synonymous with Africa rather than the Andes. There is also a sculpture of the Egyptian pharaoh, Queen Nefertiti.

Markahuasi is without doubt one of the enigmas of Peru. Mainstream geologists claim the rock formations are natural; though anybody who visits them will see quite clearly that the rocks have been carved by tools. Also there are far too many that take the form of snakes, fish, birds and dragons for this to be a mere coincidence of nature. The locals call is the Sculpture Park of the Gods.

It came as little surprise to me to find stone built huts that looked very much like the Inca architecture I had witnessed in southern Peru, and it became quite apparent to me that Markahuasi was once a settlement used by the ancients as a dedication to the Gods. In addition the rocks were so fuelled with electromagnetic energy that when I meditated against them my arms went numb.

As I arrived at the entrance of the so-called sculpture park an elderly Belgian man I had met briefly at the hostel the previous evening appeared with a local village guide. We chatted casually then out of interest I asked him how he learned about Markahuasi.

“I´ve known about this place for years, but never found the time to visit until now,” he told me before adding. “I´m a psychic.”

That morning intuition had told me to take my Dictaphone. I asked the man if I he minded me recording him as we spoke. He was kind enough to oblige and I conducted an impromptu interview as we walked. What he told me was astonishing.

“Markahuasi was used by the ancients to develop their conscious awareness,” the man told me. “It´s a place to expand your brain.” I asked him if it was the Inca that built this place. “Oh no, it goes way further back than that. To the Tiwanakans.”

The Tiwanakans, so mainstream historians tell us, were at the height if their power around 500AD, but having witnessed the space age technology at their settlement in northern Bolivia, their achievements do not fit with what historians would have us believe. Patterns cut into diorite rocks could only have been cut using diamonds – and laser technology. The process is so difficult to do it is almost impossible for stone masons today to replicate.

Furthermore, renowned archaeologist, Arthur Polansky dedicated almost his entire life and career researching Tiwanaku. What he discovered was the settlement was planned in the formation of the star system Pleiades, as it would have been in 15,000 BCE, suggesting the Tiwanakans were much older than stated. Are the Tiwanakans an advanced race then that had access to alien technology?

I asked the psychic the same question: “I don´t know about that, but Markahuasi was once used as an alien landing site,” he told me. “I can still feel the zero-gravity energy.” It was at Markahuasi that Peru´s most famous picture of a UFO sighting was taken, so it is known by some people as being somewhat of an alien hotspot. Whether the sighting is real or not, and for that matter the claims of the psychic, I am not sure, but the man also told me the sight would be used as an alien landing site in the future, though he isn´t sure exactly when!

“Sacred sites are not being used in the right way and are projecting negative energy,” the psychic told me. “The energy at Machu Picchu has all been drained by tourism. It’s attracting the wrong type of people.” Having already been to Peru´s main tourist attraction, I knew exactly what he meant.

A mist was descending over the mountain and we could barely see the rocks in front of us. The guide knew a short cut back that would shave our journey by an hour. On the way down I asked the psychic what he thought to Markahuasi.

“It´s an amazing place. It´s pity what they´ve done to it.”

By “they” he was referring directly to the US Air Force who had zapped it of its raw and powerful energy. Like I said, I keep an open mind, but there was definitely a lot of energy still there, and no way are those rocks natural. So what is it about Markahuasi – and the Tiwanakans – that we are not being told!?
