A monetary system is something that is established and used as an accepted standard of value, in order to measure the wealth of a certain area.

This type of system is established by a government and uses a set of mechanisms to provide money in a variety of forms for that particular country’s economy. A monetary system generally is comprised of a number of components such as: a central bank, a commercial bank, and a mint. The government who established the system is typically in charge of handling all operations and overseeing it to ensure proper and efficient transactions. It is not uncommon for multiple governments to work together in an effort to better each other’s monetary systems and increase the overall wealth and health of their own financial systems.

Given the current state of the economy and the wild fluctuations that seem to make little sense, it should come as no surprise that people are starting to ask questions and demand answers as to what is really going on with the money markets.

One area that is of particular interest to many is how international bankers gained control of the American monetary system. It can be asserted that influential money changers manipulated the amount of money that was put into circulation. This is actually a far more dangerous act than those carried out by military regimes causing many of the terrors of history to date. A manipulation such as this is considered to be a form of theft and can have far ranging complications.
