It is obvious that I am a man as I couldn't care less about the place being decorated. Then again, I am single and would probably be traveling with my sons, and they don't care what the place looks like either. The truth is, many of the wives and girlfriends pick the inns and hotels, which to us men is a pain in the neck.
If there are decorations, it will not affect the men but will draw the women. Measurements and sizes of the rooms and beds are also good, and that is something I should of thought of.

Remember to make the information women/family oriented. The place will be rented out quicker. Also, where are there decent markets nearby for food (and restaurants for dining out)?
