Press CTRL + PRINT SCREEN on your key board, which copies everything on your screen, then open up your photoshop or MS paint, and go to edit > PASTE
Then crop it, upload it to tinypic.com and then find the URL for the image under DIRECT LINK FOR LAYOUTS
Then copy that and come back here and click on the mountain picture looking thing and paste the URL.
I am going to make a really good step by step instruction guide for this, because most users are having trouble posting images here.
