ok
upon further analysis, the camera is moving in the direction of the shadow and light glare. There is and overhead source of light which could be the cause of some kind of lens distortion which could explain the white light just ahead of the shadow, then the dark image could be a chroma response from the camera to follow the white. Watch the area where the 'ghost' disappears, particularly the wall above the railing. Its brightly lit but when the apparition supposedly disappears there it remains dark, even though the camera starts moving. Save the vid and frame by frame it you'll see what I mean. Watch the direction of the image in relation to the cameras slow pan to the right.
Light glare followed by chroma shadowing, real ghost, or interdimensional resonance? I don't know but "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" anyway!
