I would say that God is not working the kind of miracles today that He was 2000 or more years ago. I know for a fact that a lot of these televangelists and such have people that go out into the parking lot before the show, find old people who can walk just fine, and tell them that they will give them a ride in a wheelchair to the front row. You can imagine that it wouldn't be to difficult to pull one of these people out of their chairs and make them stand and walk on their feet. However, God does heal. You can look at it like this; The Creator of all things is responsible for every doctor and their talents and every kind of medicine and practice. Therefore, God is ultimately responsible for all healings. But there are miraculous healings that happen today, all the time. You just don't hear about them because their not happening on TV or before an audience. God doesn't do that stuff. I'd be worried that if any of those TV healings are for real, then evil spirits may be behind them. But my grandma had a terminal case of cancer that just dissapeared and it boggled the doctors. They even told her that they couldn't explain her healing, that it was impossible, and that it must have been God.
