well either your actually a ghost and its your thumb, or your being attacked by a giant amoeba.

joking apart though my sister went on one of these ghost hunting vigil thingies and took few pics down, what she thought was an empty passageway, and got a very similar picture. funny thing though of four pics she took straight after each other from the same position in the same conditions it only appears on one of them.
