It appears that Vlad Putin is in a photograph with then President Ronald Reagan:

I am one to think there is always a possibility that the then KGB agent could actually have been on vacation and wanted to meet the president. They do know about such visits in the future, and one of the perks would be to actually meet world leaders. What would a tourist learn that is so informational?

Actually, my father met then President Reagan and said he loved to tell jokes, especially ribald ones. (My father worked on a news crew, and Mr Reagan wanted to talk to the crew not the reporters during the breaks. He really was a down to earth kind of guy.)

The report would of read more like: That man can curse better than Stalin!
