Can hypnosis help me stop smoking and lose weight?

I'm a smoker and I have to say that smoking is much harder to quit than people think. Ohh, how I have tried the past several years. I swear I'll quit soon. I haven't thought about doing it through hypnosis. Maybe I will try it.

My hubby tried the hypnosis and he lit a cigartte right after he got out. It didn`t work for him. I quit cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant with my first son and didn`t start again for 4 years. Unreal that I started again cause now I want to quit.

Bottom line if you really want to quit hypnosis will help you. There are other ways though. Just start cutting back one a day until your down to one and then quit. Took me six times of trying to actually quit.

It would surely help you stop smoking.I don't know if it would be the answer for losing weight but you should try it anyway.

I think it will work for anything. But hypnosis can be very dangerous as you let others people control your mind. If the hypnotist has ulterior motive, you can lose more than money.

If you believe in something, then it has a chance to work. You have to be open minded to the whole hypnosis process. While I never personally used it, I know of some people who have, and have had success.
