Why?

My question is rather broad. All these years man has been around and in this time many brilliant people have been born with the resource of skilled laborers and supplies that can be used to improve our coexistence in this vast space. Why are we not farther along? Why have we not made harder pushes for expanse beyond our planet? Why are we so deadlocked in conflict with ourselves? Why are our resources wasted on trivial matters(my opinion is that personal matters are obviously trivial in the face of extinction.)? The space and time factor is so limitless and still very much unknown. Why do our people seem content confining and resigning itself to a lackluster future.

I read a great book called, "Conversations with God: Book 1". I think you may be ready to read it. the answers are there I'm on book 2. Great stuff in there! The explanation for what er PERCEIVE as time is fantastic in book 2. Hope you like it.
