Companies going under

With so many companies going under today is it fair to give them a bail out clause? Have they created this themselves with illegal practices?

Companies are going under for many more reasons than illegal practices. Poor marketplace, not enough customers buying into their product or service.

I don't think there should be a bail-out clause- What would this be?

For the ones who do things illegal and then want help. Yes there are many business's that are great and simply are going under due to economy and those are the ones we should be helping not the ones who break the law and make play the odds.
