Global Warming,Not seriously taken.

I believe that global warming is not seriously taken as a problem.I don't see any actions against global warming.

You are right indeed. Our leaders has been using the issues of economy slowdown as an excuse of delaying actions for global warming. I think only after a major worldwide disaster such as those portrayed in the movie The Day After Tomorrow, that they will change their mind. But by then, I guess it is a bit too late.

Just the fact that it has become a major topic of discussion is a tremendous improvement. Nothing happens over night. You need to raise awareness first before you will see positive action.

I know this may sound ignorant, but I really haven`t read much about global warming and the effects of it. Maybe I should huh?
