In Feb 2007 the UK Government released papers on 'Remote Viewing' and tests that it had sponsored on the subject.
Remote Viewing is the name given to the attempt to gather information about a distant or unseen target using paranormal means or extra-sensory perception. The US Govt sponsored such projects as 'The Stargate Project' for the same ends. The results of the UK's tests are detailed in these declassified papers form the MoD on 'Remote Viewing'. ________ buy vaporizer Last edited by Tecnos; 01-19-2011 at 06:08 AM. |

The US Department of Defense had a remote viewing unit for over ten years during the cold war. It seems the (then) USSR had one, and the US wanted to see if it worked. "Psi Spies" by Jim Marrs is about the project. I don't know how well it actually worked (if it did at all), but I can see the government wasting millions of dollars on programs that don't work at all. I still find remote viewing to be dubious at best (to many charlatans in the business), but I do keep an open mind that some people may have that gift.
