ok, soooo. first of all. the army will not be ROBOTIC! right until now, there isn't even ONE robot in the US military. All the machines in the arsenal aren't robotic, but more like remote controled.
There is a big difference between remote controlled machines and autonome robots. Robots are able to calculate desicions in real time all alone with no external force controlling them. Last year I visited a german university for one week, and there we discussed the same issue and we came to the definition, that robots have to be fully autonome in every way, so that they are able to work all alone without someone controlling them |

I do believe they mean the vacuum type robots that travel on wheels to their destinations. I certainly hope it is not Terminator type cyborgs!

haha yea guys i was totally joking. I saw a video with these robots being made by the same company who made irobot's (the vacuums) Basically they are Robots that can wheel into a building before the human does and check it out and shoot people if needed
