This is an amusing documentary on the conviction of Tommy Chong for selling bongs.

Strip away the humour though and it has sinister overtones as to how liberties and basic freedom of speech are being stipped away in the United States....

It used to be there were head shops all over the US, usually in major cities. I always thought it was stupid to outlaw the sale of bongs and other paraphernalia. If they allowed the stores to return, think of all the sales tax the cash strapped states and municipal areas would take in.
