Near Death Experience

Has anyone here had a near death experience? If so what was it like? Did you see a white light like so many other people have claimed, or did you see nothing?

Well there has been a brush with that kind of feeling. 4 yrs back when earthquake shattered Himalayas, there were tremors where we are putting up the tremors were very strong the earth swayed and trees tops were almost touching the grounds.It was such an experience we all felt that it is all over, but it was to this extent only, but I tell you it was quite an experience.

Personally, if I was on my deathbed, I'd fight tooth and nail to stay alive or at least remain at earth as a spirit. They say that a white light or a dead relative would come and take you and that a warm feeling would wash over you. My desire to stay will overpower the stench of death. That is, if I were taken before I feel my time should end.

Well, if you considered nearly choke to death with a fish bone a near death experience, I am there. No white light but only but only some shady figures asking me to go back to where I'm belong. Maybe my time is not UP yet.

During my surgery I had this type of event. It was almost like everything feeling in the world all at one time and then blackness until I woke up. They told me my heart stopped twice due to over medication. Which I should have sued for but didn't.

I never had one but my dad was near death at one point and was very bad. Amazingly he came out of his semi coma. He told me a few months later that when he was so sick he found himself in a tunnel and he saw his father there and all his other dead relatives. He said his father came over to him and said in Yiddish, "Not yet my son." It was shortly after this that my father got better.

My dad has been dead now for almost 25 years and I hope when he died his father was there waiting for him.

i was stepping out onto a street near my office about 6 months ago.. my friend stopped me and held me back and a dude ran the stop sign goin about 50-60 miles an hr

not sure how bad it would have been but it shook me up big time

my nan always swears that when she was very very ill from pneumonia she was in her hospital bed and started to get very sleepy, she said her eyelids shut against her will and when she opened them there where two 'Towering' white figures on each side of her bed, she said that they were very bight and had the faint outline of a human figure... she said that she then they appeared to fade away and she was awake in the room, it was only a few hours later that she started to get better instead of worse. Shes still alive today and giving me pocket $$ even tho im nearly 20 haha.

Just another 'Tall Tail?' excuse the pun :-p
