This isn't quite relevant to this forum or legitimately existing forums. It refers to the emergence of 'The Dark Web'.... A collection of Internets (such as darknet) that are accessed using specialist browsers and user traffic that is protected by various tools such as TOR to disguise their browsing habits.

Dark web users can range from black and white hat hackers to music and movie pirates... sadly, there is also the emergence of the more illegal and DARK side of human nature which is why the interest of the authorities has been captured.
