J-Rod was or still is is the name of an E.B.E. (Extraterrestrail Biological Entity) who works at the S4 facility near Groom Lake as a scientific supervisor for backengineering alien spacecrafts. It´s a new story to me, so I searched the internet for material and stumbled on this site. Check it out, It s very informative.

Jesse goes around the country checking places like Plum Iland, the HAARP in Alaska, the Under Ground Bunkers being built all over the country like the one under the new Denver Airport
