Monster Quest on the Florida Sea Monster

There has been video of an alleged sea monster that has been shown in parts on YouTube. The video was shown on Monster Quest, and they set out to look for the creature. The head does resemble a manatee or a large seal, but there are some differences according to some marine biologists. The trident shaped tail and a strange looking fin make this a different creature.

The tail makes it resemble many of the older drawings of sea monsters that have been encountered. One video shows two humps while the creature is swimming. The humps resemble what has been seen in other lake and sea monsters.

The composite animation of the creature resembles a large manatee or duogong. One marine biologist suggests the tail was created by boat propellers, but that seemed to be ruled out, as they identify manatees with the scars created by boats. The tail in the video was too perfect to be an accident.

I think it is either an undiscovered species of giant seal or manatee. I also think this new species could be the answer to many of the lake and river monsters sighted, including Loch Ness. While it is not a dinosaur like creature, it would still be a great discovery.
