This episode was spent looking for large muskie and the giant version of the grouper. Not as interesting as the other episodes have been, as we know these fish exist. There has been more incidents of these fish attacking people, which is not surprising as these type of fish are very aggressive.
The muskies grow to over five feet long (1.5 m), and the grouper has been known to reach 1500 lbs (680 kg). I was hoping for a story on some giant catfish said to inhabit the deep areas of dams. |

Another large fish would be the sturgon I live in Michigan and just over border from here in Cananda they have divers go into the intake pipes for their drinking water to check it out and they have reported very large sturgons trapped in the pipe due to the grid across the end of the pipe they swim in small and after living in the pipe so long their too large to swim out

I do know that if left alone most fish can reach incredible sizes. I think my main complaint is that the show really isn't a mystery creature. There is a show on Discovery/Animal Planet about monster river fish, and they have tackled the alligator gar and giant catfish.
