Monster Quest did an analysis of the bite marks and it turned out to be a dog. (I would not want to meet such an angry dog!) The show tested the pressure used to create the bite marks, and dogs have the exact same pressure and jaw width. Also, a primate type creature would not risk losing its teeth and would of just hit the vehicle. Mark this one as solved.
