That is a dog, not a chupacabra. Whatever happened to the original chupacabra that walked on two legs that was spotted in Puerto Rico?

It's not the traditional chupacabra for sure. However the description of the creature in the article leads one to believe that this is either some diseased or mutant coyote or dog. Which could be the basis for all of these reports.
