Long time back I read that for every particle on earth there must exist an antiparticle having similar properties. This just makes me wonder if there is some kind of antiplanet which is similar to earth and could be having creatures which may be our counterparts.Sounds heavy, still what do you think of this?

I think the scary thing would be anti-matter. Theoretically, they exist somewhere very very far off in the universe, but if they met with any matter, boom! The explosion will be off the scales at millions of times the magnitude of nuclear bombs.

Yeah I do agree that anti-matter would be probably the scariest thing in the world...but that's interesting what you were saying about earth having a counterpart. I would like to read more about it, if anyone sees any articles post them here.

Actually I was once reading a few articles on particle Physics when I came across the concept of antiparticles where it is a well known fact that every elementary particle has an antiparticle.Like proton has an anti proton and neutron has anti neutron,......The author went further ahead and dared to say that there could be an anti Universe and so on.If interested you can read about antiparticles in the subject-'particle physics'.
