Astral Projection or OBE

What are your thoughts on the subject?

in my personal experince i have almost reached self induced obe but could never get up and get out.

i've been practicing for the past 8 years and have only really come close a handful of times.

I did have an out of body experience and it is very difficult to describe. I have had dizzy spells and it wasn't one of those. I have also overheated and had other sensations, but it wasn't that. I asked the paramedics and medical personnel at the hospital if I received drugs, medications or pure oxygen and the answer was no on all counts.

Sounds were more vivid along with colors. When it started to happen, I thought to myself: "Oh, shit! I'm dying!" (I kid you not, and my sister laughed when I told her that.) It was a strange experience, and I floated toward the ceiling on the outside of the hospital. I was thinking about the journey I was about to take when I started thinking about my Mom and sons. I realized I would miss them dearly, and all of a sudden I moved sideways into my body, which was lying on a hospital bed. My body did not die, but my soul had left it. I guess I was not ready to begin that great journey that awaits us all. I do not fear death, and will welcome it when my time comes.

Have you actually try to do this on your own?

not by almost dying on accident?

No, I have never tried it. Not before, or after the incident. I am interested now about astral projection and even will give remote viewing the benefit of the doubt.

I do know what the sensation feels like when an out of body experience will start. I probably will not return next time.

It is hard to explain but you shouldn't fear leaving your body because if you do you'll never be able to get up and get out.

If your more interested in the subject there are a couple of sources i can give you for helpful information.

My dad told me he once had an OBE when he was on acid back in the 60's or 70's.

I don't fear not coming back to my body. I just have a lot of health problems, and if I leave this body again, it will be for good.

astral projection and an OBE are the same thing. Astral Projection is just when you can control it.
