I do this often. I usually mix my dreams and my memories up.

interesting that you updated on this old topic. But it sounds interesting how you use your, IŽd say, your mental powers to control your dreams.
I got a question though: If you mix up your dreams with memories, are you able to relive your past in a dream world? IŽd love to know. |

i don't know about reliving past events. sure i suppose ive had dreams where i have been back to school or seen someone from the past , i had a dream a bit back where i saw a kid i used to go to school with probably 17 years ago now , he was just how i remembered him but the strange thing is i never used to really interact with him at school or anything , yet when i woke up i knew he was from school but it annoyed me for about a day trying to remember his name. Still can't now lol! there allways seems to be something "out of place" in a dream.
A couple of other things on this topic my mate dreamt about his Mother who passed away which probably is normal , but he says its allways her telling him not to worry or give up ect , does anyone think this is possibly a message from the other side?? ps. i seemed to have a couple of really lucid dreams after watching Inception, nothing to do with the film but i remembered them the next day. probably a unconcious trigger!

I would like to see that movie. Looks to be interesting.
Anyone else have any info on re-occurring dreams, especially about a certain place. I know this town in my dreams like the back of my hand. I should probably write down all the details of this place. A friend of mine picked out parts of the dreams and the place and looked them up and the results were creepyily realistic considering my life and transitioning issue.. (long story). But any good dream dictonarie sights too? (Maybe I should post a topic about this dream place and how it all began. )

YOu only need to relax on a bed, without any noise. Be calm, and breath in deep, a few times and exhale.
Close your eyes, and listen to the sound of your Blood flowing in your veins. It is possible and it you can hear it. You do not speak any words to your alter ego, that's you ! Your mind must only think of the event of out of the body, but not use words. The rush is fast, and starts at your finger tips and toes, and ends just above your navel. Its a Whoosing sound, and its not unpleasant. Do not fear the feeling if you do not worry about perhaps being dead on your bed. You will not be dead, but out of your body. Do not move to close to your body 3 meters is a good distance. You are out and moving about. Do not worry about the shape of your body. This is what is described as lucid dreaming, it feels real because it is real. You move as fast as lightning and experience the most information of your past and to date, you will ever be able to remember. On return to your body you will retain 60% plus of that information. You will know its not dreaming but fact. Our dreams will become more lucid than ever before ! Its called past life memories, and they were true and did happen. Hope this helps, Regards Andrew |

I had the Teeth falling out dream the other day for the first time , Very freaky but apparently very common!. i was told it means your anxious or worried about something. Funny i went to the dentist today, which never bothers me, just for a check up and i was fine. anyone else had this one? your literally stood there pulling your own teeth out.
