Default Control your dreams

I want to start by saying, that I tried this myself and it actually worked.

It is possible, to become a lucid dreamer, which means, that you will experience your dreams, like it is a real world you are walking trough. it's a little hard to explain, but I will take "The Matrix" (you know, that movie with Keanu Reeves). In the movie, the Matrix is a faked world and that's exactly what a lucid dream is. You know that you are dreaming, and by that you have full control over your dreamworld, you can do everything: flying trough space or whatever you want. (If you don't understand it, then ask please, I will try my best, to explain it again)

That's how you do it.

It's pretty simple. When you are awake (in the real world) you need to ask yourself at least 5 times a day, if you are dreaming or not. you don't need to speak it out loud, it is enough, if you are thinking about it.

I had my first lucid dream after a week of this mental "training". It's really weird.

EDIT: Just found this video, it gives you additional training methods

My dreams are crazy enough without them becoming lucid. Sometimes I need to remind myself it is only a dream.

I wouldn't mind lucidity when I fly in my dreams!

I've been a lucid dreamer for a long time now!
Its the best when you no your dreaming and take control of it.

Hello Morty.

Most dreams are our way of projecting some of our anxieties and problems. They may be key to help us solve them, or deal with them. I do not think dreams create an actual realm, but I will not rule out the possibility that people can enter another realm as they sleep.

I remember I once had an incredibly Lucid dream, When i thought the dream had no more to offer, i litterally ended it with the movie credits and song from "Tremors" the movie. Hahaha random i know, but i thought it was hilarious, i woke up laughing.

Id like to have more lucid dreams! A good vivid dream is almost like a small vacation!

Now that´s funny!

A couple of days ago I had a lucid dream. I and a couple of my friends sat together and doing stuff, when we decided to go to bed. I didnt´really want to sleep, so I sad to myself, that I want a luzid dream.
( I trained this method for a longer time, and it works. you need to say to yourself, that you want a luzid dream right before you go to bed.)

In my dream, We weren´t go to bed, so basically I formed my dream to the real thing. Everything was extremly real.

After I woke up the next morning, I needed a little while, before I knew, what now was the real- or the dreamworld.

My dreams are mysterious expressions. If I start to control them, I lose that mystery and the message that it is trying to convey.

Morty, that is one reason why I do not want lucid dreams. I have had a few disturbing dreams in which my boy was hurt badly. I don't like dreams like that, so I am content to have regular dreaming patterns.
