At 8:21 you can clearly see a shadow figure crossing the back wall as look down the hall.
The footage is from CNN's live Larry King interview with Jermaine, it shows footage from inside Neverland. The shadow is visible at 8:21 YouTube

there were several people in the house and they were filming. I think the shadow is just casted from someone walking by the light from the camra.

Ha i keep seeing this online now , different video filters have been applied on some video's , interesting shape to it , but yes agree with previous posts about it probably being shadow from crew. but you never no, if it was moonwalking i might feel different lol!

It's a shadow, not a ghost.(at 8:22)
