It could be a real live person looking from within, or a picture that was taken and then the story was built on that picture. Does not sound too credible.

I have been Googling for the same story and have not come across as reputable news source that carried it. What the Thaindian anyway? I don't even think it is a real newspaper.

Might be a reflection. Old windows warp and will cause optic illusions. Just an option tossing out there.
