very interesting and im glad I read this as I too thought I was going mad, for years I have woken up at 3am on the dot and as alot of people say this is the true witching hour!!! and no im not a witch lol

also i found if i have to lift a certain amount of things for eg envelopes, paper I lift a bundle and it so happens i have lifted the exact amount, its happened too many times over the years to be a coincidence

I keep seeing the number - 13............everywere I look there it is 13...13..13!!!

I have had the same experiances for a few yers now. I see the number "911" many times times but not everyday. I usually see it when i look at the time. I told a few people of my experience and everyone thinks im either lying or crazy. I thought it was maybe because im a police officer and I associate my with experiences with the fact that the number "911" is the number for help or emergency which is my job. I dont know what it is but I feel it is very odd. I see that other people also see the number "911" very weird. thanks

I wouldn't class this as paranormal looking at the clock the same time everyday could just be a subconscious thing. Take birds for example the ones that come every day come like clockwork the same time everyday. I woke up for a whole week once at 3:30am drove me mad. I was tired all week. As for seeing certain numbers it could just be that after seeing a number say 8 a few times and seeing a few things in groups of 8 you begin to look for the 8's subconsciously.
