Do you see numbers?

For a while now I've been seeing numbers. Sequences of numbers to be more precise - 1111 for example is the number I see the most.

What happens to me is that I can be sitting typing on my laptop or watching TV and I'll be drawn to look at the clock (and I mean drawn to it, I have no choice but to look at the clock at that precise moment, it's totally involuntary). The clock will show 11:11 or possibly 22:22 but usually 11:11. I could be in the car and I'll be drawn to the clock on the dashboard and....11:11. It happens dozens of times a week and I've seen the numbers in mail correspondence, on shopping receipts etc it isnt just the clock that pulls me in.

I used to find it a little odd but, thought little of it. One day though I realised that when I was pulled towards the numbers, something else was happening - I'd been told news or made a decision and it was like someone was talking to me through the numbers (yes, it sounds insane, I know

).

I told my partner about it and we both were amazed at how I was seeing these numbers. I then checked online and found this was happening to millions of people around the world, like some kind of signal to us all.

Have any of you experienced this/something like this or am I crazy and alone here?!

I use to ALWAYS look at the clock at 9:11 it was so weird, maybe it was just some sub conscious thing in my mind from 9/11 or something, I am not sure. Maybe you don't actually look every time, but now whenever you do you instantly are thinking "wow i look at this number every time" you know what i mean?

Yes I know what you mean. I thought that too, it's just that I see the clock at those times and it's a coincidence. I still have that thought in mind, it would make more sense than it being some kind of strange psychic/paranormal/whatever event. I can't escape from the experiences I have though and even when Im wearing my "oh its a coincidence head", I can't explain a few occassions where it's been a slightly mind blowing "wooow" when it happens at the same time as I announce Ive made a huge decision or similar. That probably doesnt make sense, it isnt easy to explain for me, it's just......it's awesome actually, whether it's 'real' or not, the whole experience has made me see things "outside of the box", I guess I'm more open to the possibility that something special is going on, we aren't alone!

Yes I also land up in such situations and I do pay some heed too, but then when my mind is sane I feel that it is nothing to do with reality.

I haven't heard of this before but it was an interesting read. Do you think that it is coincidences or do you think it is something paranormal?

I always look at the clock at 10:10, even if I am sleeping I will wake up at this time...even in different time zones...it really is getting annoying I must. I don't really see numbers in every day events though, and after watching 23 I really hope I don't because I don't want to end up like him. That would be horrible.

this whole thread has freaky coincidence for me. jsut before i cam here iw as on another forum and i had made a post i was reading the post then caught the number 111 as my post count. 111 i thought that a good number. all the ones. then i come here and low and behold a thread about coincidental numbers and the number 11.11.

I do that too but its only a subconscious effort to do so. I heard a long time ago that if you make a wish at 11:11 then it will come true. So after spending so much time waiting for 11:11 and wishing, I started to do it without any conscious effort.

There are only 10 digits in the Arab numbering systems. All the scary and weird numbers are merely coincidental. Winning a lottery is not divine guidance - it is simply probability.

I tend to look at the clock when it's 11:11 or 1:11..but I think it's coinsident. I don't think there's something going on...I do think that your body is following something that is natural...Like if you look at a clock at a certain time, you'll keep doing that.
