Do ghosts steal things?

When I was young my mother swore our house had a ghost. She even named her- Hazel. Anytime something was missing she would tell us Hazel stole it. I never saw any visable signs, just some weird noices every once and awhile.

I have really always wondered if ghosts steal things. I know some of them have been known to move things around but I don't know if they take stuff.

I'm not sure ghost steal stuff.I knew that they can move things but not actually take them.

I think my Mom was making excuses for things she lost or accidently threw out. We did hear some strange noices every once and awhile which is probably why she said there was a ghost.

I would find it hard for Ghosts to steal things. but I guess that they could move things. I really do not know.

MMMMM interesting question, but I have no answer lol. If a ghost were to steal something that is still in our world how would they take it into their world?

haha i think it is something your mom would just say to cover up, but it is an interesting concept, i doubt they could take it with them to their "world" or "dimension" but they could move it somewhere maybe where you couldn't find it?

I can see them moving things to a location where it may never be found.Do they try and take reminders of their past to connect with the real world?

Why would they steal things around your house? After all, they can't possibly use them.
