Ghosts in you dreams

Whenever I have a dream about someone that is dead, I feel like their ghost is actually visiting me. In the dream they seem very real and alive and dealing with current events, not ones from the past.

Well, either they really are visiting you while you sleep because that's when minds are at their most open or your subconcious has created it to comfort you on some level. Either way, it doesn't seem like a bad dream to be having. I usually only dream of people right before they die.

I just had a dream last night and my Aunt who died close to twenty years ago was there as if it were the present day. The dream wasn't strange, rather it was very similiar to everyday life. When I woke up, I felt as if I just visited her.

Maybe you did...that sounds like another way of how some spirits can make contact with the living

Could it be that your aunt knows that if she were to appear to you it might be too much for you to take in, so it's best to contact you through a dream??
