Ghost Caught On Camera In Gym?

Something strange caught on Camera at a Gym. The unexplained 'Light' supposedly set of motion detectors. Lights apparently are not supposed to set of motion detectors. Check it out for yourself below.

its interesting... but could be just dust in front of lense?
Then again it hangs around for a couple of hours moving around.
Small bug perhaps? You decide.

I will also say it is an insect that is too close to the camera for it to focus on. There are many videos just like this on the internet and YouTube, and the insect explanation seems to fit.

Not dust LMAO..not a bug...but yes I believe it is a spirit..maybe one that used to love going to the gym....great video....you could see it as plain as day...

Ive seen videos with insects flying around and they dont look that big and fly with a cloud of white around them either

The thing about videos is...it is harder to fake a ghost...but hey if you wish to tell yourself it's a bug LOL then yea sure...but Iam not blind mate, I know what that looked like and it wernt no bug!! SORRY!

The bug is not flying around, but crawling around on the lens. I have seen countless videos of this type and they are always bugs. Now if the equipment moved or the shape took some type of human form, then it would be interesting.

I'd be inclined to say it's a bug as well, though the blurry nature of the object/spirit/bug/dust mote in question makes it much harder to say exactly what it is.

The object doesn't seem to change shape, which implies that it has mass. Ghostly orbs/masses/blurs/ etc. tend to have much less of a clearly defined shape when viewed over time, especially when they move around.
At least for me, this leads me to think this object is solid, and therefore not supernatural/paranormal.
