Ghost Suicide Of Cliff.
The first time i saw that footage i was flabbergasted! But if you go onto youtube... you will find that this is footage that seems to be from some japanese t.v show. The narrator is the same, and basically all they do is edit fake ghosts into video footage people submit. At least thats what it seems like... i watched about 10 videos and all they were were inputted clips of the Kid from the GRUDGE and the Mask from SCREAM! they make them flash in the background... then do a slow motion zoom in and a dramatic freeze frame. I dont think this footage is legit... kool tho!
