Personal Experiences With 'Shadow People'

Has anyone here had any? I think in some cases it's sleep paralysis. Something I've written about before.

I have thought I had seen something in the shadows when I am in bed, but I also attribute it to possible sleep apnea or other medical issues. I always look around after, and I never see anything after the first sighting. I think it could also be that I am still dreaming, or in that state of waking when dreams and reality are intertwined.

I see a lot of things from the corners of my eyes, or make out shadows in the dark that I'm pretty sure are just tricks of the eyes. It's when you turn to see what it was and it's still there that I would worry.

The house we just moved out of (thank god) had things going on that I personally can't explain. We would see a tall shadow figure walking down the hallway and our friends seen it to when we were having them over for dinner and movies.
Videos would fly off the shelve and not fall but fly off fast. Cupboards would come open and slam against the other ones. The fridge door would slam open hard, then shut quickly.

My sister came to visit with her children and my neice was in the shower, she came screaming out of the bathroom saying a man was watching her and she refused to go in there alone. We would have our bedroom door fly open and we put a lock on it...it would wiggle hard sometimes as if someone was trying to get it. We finally said We are moving. We lived there 6 months and I am happy to say the new place is GREAT!

im constantly seeing things around the house out of the corner of my eye, like black shadows but its allways low down like on the floor , only thing i could attribute it to is an old cat of mine that died, my sister claims to have seen "back legs and a tail" fly round doors or up the stairs ect!, strange! doesn't bother me tho! My friend once told me a story about how him and his friends where leaving the house to play football (or soccer to my american peeps!) and had excited the house except his friend who stayed in the kitchen to pinch a buiscut! he says he saw a shadow out the corner of his eye who told him to "leave it!" in an angry voice, he went outside to join his freinds and he apoligised about the buiscut , and they didnt know a thing about it. no one else was in the house!

maybe its all residual energys that are floating about, who knows!

What a shame nobody thought to talk to this spirit and acknowledge it's existence! Peripheral vision is the most sensitive area of the eye for picking up spirit activity. I get this all the time. If you fear it, or it disturbs you, then you'll never get the chance to develop it. The more you accept it and open up to it, the more you'll see.

When im tripping out hardcore on LSD i often see in my peripherals something that could be described as Shadow people.... but i am tripping on LSD so..... yeah.... pie

The sudden appearance of shadows, spots and flashes could mean that the vitreous is pulling away from your retina or that the retina itself is becoming dislodged from the inner back of the eye that contains blood, nutrients and oxygen vital to healthy function. When the retina is torn, vitreous can invade the opening and push out the retina — leading to a detachment.

Wow, shadow people..yes I have. There was no physical contact or anything, and it didn't appear to be hostile, but it certainly creeped me out. This happened while I was in high school in the mid 90's. I was laying in bed one night with my door closed and light off trying to get to sleep. As I was laying there I heard a shift in the air circulation, and I figured it was only my mom opening my door to see if I was home (central air unit was on, and I'm not sure if you guys have payed attention or noticed the air pressure change or shift in circulation in a quiet room when a door opens, its noticeable), I didn't bother to look since I figured it was her. I heard it a second time maybe a minute later, and ignored that one as well. The third time I heard it, I was annoyed by this point so I sat up and turned towards the door to see what she wanted, only it wasnt her. There was a silhouette of a young boy, a "shadow person", that stood about 4 feet tall right in front of my door. My first thought was it was my little brother who snuck in my room. I called out his name, but got no response and no movement. I called his name a second time, with no change. All this as Im looking right at the figure. I freaked at this point and my body just reacted, jumping out of bed and to the door, which the figure was standing in front of. I guess I ran through him since I made it out of the room and down the hall. haha It scared the crap out of me
