i have seen this on the history channel. i have no clue how it was built. I have had one personal experiance with a U.F.O. when i was young and that got me interested in watching shows on the subjects we talk about. when i heard about this, or saw it on history, i was hooked and positive that something "odd" is out there. one word, spectacular!

While it is an interesting article, it does not help that it was written by the Weekly World News.

I am a little torn on this subject... I mean, id like to believe 100% that extraterrestrials helped humans build these in ancient times, but the truth is ancient man was incredibly industrious. If they believed building a construction such as this would please their Gods then they would have found a way. But, i suppose we may never know. At least, not for the moment.

Their slogan is, 'The World's Only Reliable News.' Don't you believe them?

I do believe we were visited by ancient astronauts. I also believe we were much more advanced and communicated with the extraterrestrials. Did the extraterrestrials actually build the monuments, or were the monuments built with the secrets around them waiting to be discovered? I cannot answer that question, but there are some theories that the ancients knew how to levitate mass objects. I will keep an open mind, and will weigh all options to these theories.

One post on the article on the WWN site had an interesting speculation:
"These structures are all built of a lost form of concrete. The reason that the grooves are so perfect is that they are cast. The ancients were much smarter then we give them credit for." Maybe? Would explain how they got such heavy structures in a place. |

Thats some whacked out stuff there. The thing I don't understand is, if this is so damn impossible for them to have built, why aren't there more scientists talking about it?
