Beautiful lights,
impressive to see... i just wish these people who film this stuff would narrate to the camera, time of day, weather conditions, the circumstances under which they had their camera ready etc. I....WANT....to believe

Could be flares on balloons. Until I saw them take off in the formations towards the end. Weird.
