Tall Humanoid Sighted in Colorado Springs

A more recent investigation of mine involves the experience of a woman who was driving late at night, and pulled up to a stop light downtown on Tejon, and a car that pulled up next to her in the right lane had a very odd looking man inside the car. He stopped his car at the red light, got out, set his drink on the roof of the car, and pulled something out of his jacket.
He was very tall and was not a human, the woman described yellowish skin with dark spots, dark black eyes, smooth hairless skin, and she said he had no nose, no lips, and looked like he came out of the freak side show.
She goes to Church every Sunday, and she does not know what she saw.
It sounds like she experienced a type of Grey or closely related Serpent Being. Their operations are thick in this part of the country, and they tend to be seen on occasion out in the open.
