Mmmmm. Ive seen some good shadow being vids that are difficult to explain, the sad thing about these is that while they may very well be genuine I could make similar vids without any special effects. IN the first the camera pans away from the "shadow being" so the guy playing him gets up from the bench and runs out of view as the camera pans back. Second one could be no more than a nosey family member just popping his head around the door to see what the guy is doing.
