Maybe depopulization is a good thing.

I'm aware that this isn't standard, but it makes me wonder if depopulization isn't such a bad thing. For one you have a guy chasing a light like it was some kind of ghost or fairy. For two you have guys shining the light and filming it. I'm not sure who the real villian in this video might be, but for some reason I thinks its funny, but sad at the same time.
