Looks like a mother balloon giving birth to baby ones.

 

This may be a little different of a thought, but I am more likely to believe this is a wormhole.  The object doesn't look much larger than the objects being released.  On the other hand this object could be cloaked and the only thing showing is the loading dock.  Just a thought, but either way I think it is some interesting footage.
