how did the camera man present the videos from getting confiscated? where were the arrested people taken to after they were handcuffed? How long were people detained for?

Were cop's ever nice? I remember an old poster of a smiling cop who had a lost kid about 6 years old sitting on a counter giving the kid an ice cream cone. Anyone remember that pic? actually i think that pic was taken just before the cop slap the ice cream out of the kids hand and started beating him about the head with a night stick screaming "Stop resisting"!..
