He didn't just stumble upon it while he was filming. The camera person obviously saw it prior to the video and turned the camera on to walk to it. Just about the most fake attempt to make a mermaid ever. The fish sewed to a monkey was more convincing. The hair? C'mon did she comb her hair just after the hurricane while she was crappie floppin' in attempt to reach water?
