At its best its a RC Silver airship (toys r us) and a internet purchased powerful red beam hand held laser ! at its worst its the SUN "newspaper" at its best=lol

Looks like people standing with flashlights or reflectors. Also everytime they pan right it looks like windows in a house off to the right.
