It does look like the SS guy is dumbfounded at what is happening........however, if you watch other footages of this assassination, when JFK is actually shot, there is at least 1 SS guy standing on the l/h back bumper.....not sure when he hot on though...


They were waved off so that they would not get hit? or somehow jump over the car and block a shot in mid-air from the bumper?
