You put the caskets inside the casket liners to prevent decomposition of bodies if they are needed for murder cases or they can be used as coffins for people who cant afford them. Thats my theory. These guys are just overreacting.

what those coffin liners are for is to have coffins placed in them so infectious diseases can not escape.

why the hell would they put coffins into the casket liners that makes no sense..what those things are is something to contain 6 or 7 bodies at a time for simple containment.

rite but they would have to seal these things somehow or else the purpose of these things trapping disease would be a horrible failure ...also Im not sure but they look like plastic when the man put the lid on one it was flimsy...it could still be reinforced but after a while plastic is plastic reinforced or not it will crack and break. whether or not disease can travel up through the earth I cant say. If I had had to guess how that would work would have to be through water or air inside vegetation and trees and stuff like that. this is just me rambeling but I think these coffins are for mass burrials whether or not for nuclear warfare I dont know. And if we do embark in nuclear war then why spend so much money on coffins... why not make bunkers or...what ever i dont know.
