Apparently it only effects white middle class people that can't go outside because the sun gives off a crap load of Ultra Violet light. "Dirty Electricity" lol, made up, electricity doesn't behave in that fashion, that gadget probably just measures energy from light or heat. Your nervous system works with electric and chemical signals, why doesn't the electricity from their bodies effect them?
